weekend Vacation

THis weekend we took a little road trip to go visit some cemetary's. We started in Victor Idaho and made our way town to Teton. then to Rexburg and home. We left Saturday morning, and got to spend some time with family in Felt. Then on Sunday we went to Rexburg and had dinner with grandma and grandpa Wasden it was fun! Then on Monday we had a steak grill with the Siepert side and all the cousins, incuding the favorite Uncle Terry. Here are a few pictures that were taken. It was overall a very fun trip!

Uncle Terry's House boat. THis house was built by one of my uncles after the Teton Damn Flood. The house is very cool and has been decorated very cute.

THe very beautiful Sunset! :)

STATE TRACK!

gettin my medal!

THe starting line-up!

State track in Boise is always a lot of fun! This year the weather was very nice. We only took 15 girls and 4 boys this year. But we all got along really well and had some good times. I ran the 3200 on Friday and took 5th place in the state with a Personal record of 12:13. On Saturday it was very very hot, and i ran the 1600 around 2:00/ lets just say i didn't get last place. Over all everyone made a good showing. The girls took 5th place as a team and missed a team trophy by 11 points. I can't believe i only have one year of it left!

Sue's Dance Recital

It was the annual Sue's dance recital tonight and it went really well. the theme this year was T.V shows. Darby was a very cute Deal or No Deal Vanna, and she always knows how to shake her groove thing. Dakota did an awesome Job too, she danced to Single Ladies and it was cute. she loves dancing and especially doing facials. I had a fun time dancing to Runaway Bride, and Bleeding Love. It's sad to know that I only have one year left of something I have been doing since I was 3 years old.

THe wedding

Last weekend we had the opportunity to go to St. George and watch our favorite cousin Kyle get married. we drove down on Friday, and when we got there at 8:30 at night it was 76 degrees! WOW it felt so good to finally get some sunshine. We even got to swim in the outdoor swimming pool. The wedding was on Saturday. Kilie and Kyle both looked amazing and so cute together. We love Kyle and can't wait to have Kilie at the family partys. It was a fun trip and one that we were very glad to make... I almost dropped out of school just so i could stay down there longer! :)

PROM

I went to prom last weekend and had a really good time! I went with Shawn Empey, and he was always there to open my door! which was very nice...My Junior Prom was something I will never forget!

CHEERLEADER!!

Dakota Decided to try-out for Jr. High cheerleading! SHE MADE IT! haha! mom wasn't going to let her, but i reminded her that it was Jr. High and the in high school some times those opportunities don't come along. SO she is a cheerleader! and probable the only one our fam will ever have unless Darby decides to do it. (i'm trying to convince her) :)
I also tryed out for Cardettes again, and I made it! there are 6 Seniors on the Team this year, and i think it is going to be yet another wonderful year!

A Little family VACATION!!

A few weeks ago we were out from school for our two day spring break. Mom and Dad always have wanted to go back to Salmon where my dad spent a lot of his life fishing, and where my dad puposed to my mom. We weren't able to leave until Saturday night late, because I had a track meet in Idaho Falls that NEVER ENDED! it was VERY VERY SLOW and there were many teams there. By the time we left Idaho Falls It was 7:30 at night and we still had about a 3.5 hour drive in front of us. Dakota and Darby were already in Challis with a friend, so we decided to make Challis our destination for the night.
It was very refreshing to finally get there and just relax. we stayed at an old hotel, but Hey it was somewhere to sleep so we didn't mind. THat next morning was easter, and we were able to spend some time with the Seelos family...We had an easter egg hunt, breakfast, and a chance to ride the horses. Lets just say once again, I was put on the retarded horse, and he decided to go 50 MPH across the arena..I WAS SCARED OUT OF MY MIND!
we left Challis and headed for Shoupe Canyon...it is an old GOld mine and there were many deer, elk, and big horn mountain sheep! that night we stayed in Salmon and the next morning we went on a family run, and i was able to visit one of my dad's uncles I had never seen before!
We went to Sharkey's hot pools, not knowing what to expect. they were very interesting, it consisted of two bathrooms, two pools and it only costed a $ I think there is a reason we had the place to ourselves! :)
THe vacation was fun, and I along with my sisters, minus Haiden, were able to see a beautful place we had never been before. Here are some pictures!

ONE VERY EXCITED COACH!

Last weekend the Cardettes were crowned state champions...We receiver first place in prop, military, and kick! Then to top that off they gave us a banner and a trophy for being 2A State champions! Thanks Jen for such an awesome year.
That day it seemed like no one made a mistake, and it was just our time to shine...

This weekend is my State Dace Competition...the whole fam is coming up to watch! We are performing Military, prop, and kick. The dances are really fun, and i don't think we could be anymore ready!

Sunday, March 15, 2009

Our lil Darby was baptized last month, and it was an amazing experience, she was so excited and she couldn't stop smiling all day. A lot of family came, and she probable had one of the biggest comfirmation circles i have ever seen! We all love Darby and the sweet, goofy spirit she brings into our home!

I have been practicing for Jr. Miss, and let's just say there is never a dull moment! Billy Kay is starting to get a little flustered with our group! But overall it has been a great experience, and the big night, April 4th, is coming up really fast!

Thanks Coach Haidy!

Well this weekend I was home alone with Darby! and let me tell you it was something else....
We woke up at 7:41 on Saturday morning, and i had to be to town to ref, and Darby was suppose to be in a dress with her hair done, ready for a piano recital by 8:00! o we ran and ran and ran, and it was just dandy, but we made it by 8:00! :)
Dakota had a basketball tournament in Shelly. Haiden coached her team, and mom went to support them. They wond 3 out of 4 games, and beat a team that they almost beat earlier. Mackay!!! They are some pretty rough girls, and our little Soda team was kinda scared, but they were ready for a 2nd shot! They beat them within seconds...they were down my two with 10 seconds life and...Dakota shot a 3 pointer with .06 seconds on the clock and made it making the Soda team win by one.....lets just say Mackay wasn't too happy about that one....getting beat by "midgets"
Dad went to Jackpot with Rod Worthington and Scott Gambles for a coaching clinic. They had a lot of fun and "learned lots"!

I am on the Cardettes, and recently we went to districts and kicked butt! cool cool cool can't wait for state!

our lifes!

Well this is Bailee and i am going to try to keep this blog up and running!
Life's been a little down in the dumps this weekend, as we lost two of our really close family friends. We are all trying to pull together and be strong for the Clark and Smith families We will be attending two funerals this week. I guess you could say that by the end of this next week the world will no longer be in a droubt...the tears will fill all rivers and lakes!
